Overall this is a great hotel in a good location if you want to be off the main drag of the parkway. I have no complaints but just a couple of pointers to be mindful of.
We had a loft room facing the parkway which meant pretty high levels of traffic noise could be heard in the room. Unbeknown to us there was then a ‘truck fest’ In town the last two nights of our stay and the noise levels were quite disturbing with a queue of traffic outside heading down the Parkway, horns going, loud music and engines revving going on until about 1am. Not the hotels fault but you might want to ask for a room towards the back to avoid even the normal noise level.
The loft room also has no blinds in the upper loft windows and the building has some external spotlights that will shine through, so some sleep eyewear might be needed if sensitive to light.
If you’re looking for the AC control for the loft then you need to call maintenance which was little annoying.
Otherwise beds were great, breakfast was good, staff are friendly and overall the place is clean and tidy. Oh, the lift was out of order when we arrived, 4th floor, having travelled internationally we had a fair bit of luggage to carry up, but fair dues it was working a couple of days later.
Would recommend this hotel but do consider the room choice/position.
