Amazing, two properties pool on a roof top on both of them, with bar at the pool, you can drink while sitting inside the pool, and the value is added to the room number. One of the properties had access straight to the beach. Parking was easy and secure, being inside the facility

A principio fiquei com medo devido algumas avaliações sobre a preservação do lugar , mas não vi nada do que foi falado e sim um quarto muito bem cuidado onde fiquei e a area da piscina com o cafe da manha muito boa. Fiquei um pouco em duvida depois que fechei pelo fato do hotel ser separado em kristie flat e kristie beach , fiquei no beach e achei otimo, eles ficam um de frente para o outro, separados pela rua e eu pude usar as dependências dos dois lados,o café é servido no beach. Única ressalva seria que eu pedi um dia para esquentar algo no microondas e não foi liberado, alegando ser ordem da nutricionista não deixar o hospede usar o micro do restaurante.

A equipe do Check In totalmente despreparada e inexperiente. Estávamos em 3 familias e apesar de termos comprado todos juntos no mesmo app e com a mesma tarifa, deram quartos de categorias distintas. Outro absurdo: estavamos no quarto 403 e os quartos 401, 402 e 404 estavam em REFORMA, com barulho e entra-e-sai de prestadores. Mofo no quarto do banheiro e porta espanada que não fechava foram mais algumas decepções. Não recomendo

Entendo que o custo benefício atendeu muito bem à expectativa! As instalações, a localização, o quarto e o café da manhã são muito bons, e a vista para o mar é deslumbrante! Existem alguns pequenos ajustes a serem feitos, na questão da manutenção das instalações em geral, mas nada que tenha chegado a comprometer a satisfação com a nossa estadia. Cabe uma 'menção honrosa" para o atendimento dos funcionários (principalmente ao Gabriel e ao Figueredo, no bar e no restaurante, e à camareira Tarciana, que nos atenderam com muita gentileza, simpatia e competência). Ficamos sabendo que vai mudar de direção, à partir de Agosto próximo, mas acredito que a tendência é melhorar ainda mais! Voltaríamos, com certeza!

Tivemos um sério problema com o ar condicionado do quarto que não fincionava e o hotel não arrumava. Diziam que o problema éramos nós ao ligar. Mas cada vez ficava pior. Até que somente no último dia reconheceram que não funcionava e queriam que a gente mudasse de quarto. Não fomos, é claro. Sinto muito pq não resolveram o problema é tornaram uma excelente estadia em mais ou menos... Espero que isso não aconteça com outros hóspedes.

A vista do restaurante é incrível e a localização ótima. A vista do quarto que eu peguei é muito ruim e a cama não é muito confortável. Chuveiro ok. Tive que sair um dia antes, tentei um reembolso parcial com antecedência com a hoteis.com, falaram que iam entrar em contato com o hotel, mas ninguem respondeu. Fazer check in e check out do outro lado da rua também é ruim quando se está chovendo. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento da equipe é ótimo.
