The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were pleasant. The clothes rack in the room was not full height and fell down, and it was disappointing to be charged for a teaspoon when checking out. All in all, a good budget hotel.

I have stayed at Bali Chaya 3 times. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and location is close to everything in Legian. Definitely stay here.

Old hotel. Small outdoor restaurant. Limited facilities. Awkward location.

The idea of "service" is non existant. No we cannot do that or this. Staff just not interested.
Down a long dirty lane, about 500m from the street.
Walls made of cardboard and spit. You can here the farts from next door. Old run down hotel. Never again.

Nice pool. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Shower floor / shower curtain should be cleaned more thoroughly. Overall hotel was great!

The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The condition of the rooms could have been better and the linen and towels provided was average.
The meals available from the restaurant were good but very limited in alcoholic beverages. The pool area was great and the fact that it wasn’t a huge resort meant noise was kept to a minimum.

Good location and price but I would not stay here again. One staff member was outstanding the following morning but the afternoon we arrived they were very unhelpful. Most staff seem jaded. Rooms need a revamp and we had paid extra for a deluxe room, but average. However water pressure in shower was good as was size of room.

The entrance steps to high, no handrail, no dissable ramp, It is 5min walk through a very untidy lane to shops, 15min to beach through a very narrow lane. The bath room needs update,very tired, no hot water in sink, towels & sheets smelly

Shower filthy and half blocked fixtures and fittings loose and falling off. Bed was like trying to sleep on a wooden table. Although some of the staff were lovely others were rude and commanding overall not a nice way to take a break

It’s disappointing, the bed is so smelly . Wifi not working u have to go level 1 to have wifi the room wifi is dead . Pillow n bed is very very stink I don’t know how they wash it it’s smell like months never wash . All pillow is with stain
