The staff were without fail very friendly and helpful. Really made the stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable. One very minor thing was that the pool doesn’t open until 9am - it would have been nice to have it open earlier to allow for an early swim. But overall great hotel and would definitely recommend

Beautiful Hotel, But Disappointing Service and Breakfast The hotel is beautiful, with lovely views and great amenities. Our room was neat and spacious, and the beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the hotel's appearance or the price we paid. We arrived at around 9 pm and were made to feel unwelcome, which was a disappointing start to our stay. Our room (220) also had a leaking air conditioner, which left water all over the floor, and the shower drainage needs attention. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The selection was limited, the food was below standard, and the coffee was served cold. There was also very little service or assistance from staff. The quality of the breakfast and the lack of hospitality were completely out of keeping with what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. While the views, amenities and comfortable beds were definite positives, they were not enough to make up for the shortcomings. Overall, the experience was not worth the money we spent, and unfortunately, we would not return.

Our stay was amazing, first off our room was upgraded, the location of the hotel with the marina and view of the mountain whilst swimming is unbeatable. Staff during our last night made an exception for us, service is above and beyond. Highly recommended.

The hotel met our expectations and the staffs were nice and friendly except those at the breakfast who were watching over us as we picked our breakfast each morning because we made it known that we don't eat breakfast before noon and we had to pick ours up in packs for later. Hotel is clean and comfotable. We appreciate the hotel's nice gesture in celebrating my husband's birthday with us with birthday greetings from some staffs, a small cake and a bottle of champagne. That was some good memory added to our trip. We would surely come back with our entire family for his 70th birthday next year by His grace. Thank you.

One night stay at Eden

We stayed for a night on our way out of Mahé. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Postives: 1. Nice pool with an amazing view. 2. Connected to Eden Plaza. Nearby cafes, shops, restaurants to choose from. 3. Comfortable and clean rooms. 4. Close to the airport and jetty. Negatives: 1. Only 2 devices per room can access internet connection. 2. Check out is at 11:00 A.M. We requested for an hour extension only until 12:00 P.M but they did not agree. 3. Food presentation was not nice. The Omellete and Sunny Side-up Egg was dissapointing. 4. Coffee did not taste good.

Had a wonderful stay at Eden Bleu Hotel Seychelles.The staff were exceptionally good.Shamim the gentleman at Coincerge stood out.The reception team very friendly yet very professional and smart,room was beautiful,very neat and spacious,loved the marina view,breakfast was nice,house keeping-brilliant.All staff wore smiles at all times.Thanks Eden Bleu will surely be back.Best place to stay while u visit the Seychelles and if its yo first time be sure the staff will be helpful with activities to do and booking any excursions of interest.
