A little rectification on the water shower
The hot water is not consistent and needs to be rectified. Sometimes it comes cold and sometimes hot water comes out with it.

Wonderful stay at the Pawin
My stay the hotel is comfortable. The staff are courteous and the management treats you like a friend. They are accommodating at all times. Most of the business area are near the hotel. There is also a nearby food stall where you can buy your meal. Breakfasts are served at the hotel. I will surely book at this Hotel on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Reasonable and Clean enough
The price is reasonable and the place is not too far from the old city. Wi-Fi is not so good. Overall, a good stay.

Budget room
At first i am very disaapointed since the room look so old and scary, unlike the picture which look new. The shower and aircondition works fine. Bed sheet is old and has blood stain. First night we can't sleep at all because there's a noise when the other room open the door or take shower. Second night is better. Breakfast is good. Parking lot is always full.Service is exellent.Staffs are nice. They make up room even we say don't because there's no save in the room.

Didn't like it, not recommended.
Bad hotel to stay in.. Bad facilities paid extra for breakfast when you get with breakfast through an agency in low price.. Lower then hotels.com. We had one room with bags, one room with dripping ceiling, and one room who smells like an hash tray. In the end.. Breakfast was good not great and the stay was unpleasant.not recommended to anyone.

very friendly staff
had to make an early checkout because of the noise that the A/C is making. the staff tried to change a room for me to two other rooms, but the noise that the air-conditioning is giving out is literally makes it impossible to sleep. it's sad that they don't fix the issue, as the room itself and the neighbourhood the hotel is located is pure gold.

Pawin to Me....
My trip with my 2 sibling started from 19/8/2016 until 24/8/2016. The room is clean and comfortable for us ( 3 single bed) and the staff is friendly and nice. We have been provided with breakfast which was cooked by chef started from 7.00 am. But, if you travel agent pick you up at 7.00 am from the hotel, you only can have toast and hot drink which was ready on the cafe.
We get our public transport after we walk through a lane (take about 3 minute) from hotel to the main road and it is a bit far (by walk) to the night market. Over all, it is good to stay here and worth for money.

Recommendation for Pawin hotel
We were a few minutes away from beit chabbad, the israel lametayel restaurant and tour service, and the night bazaar. Excellent location. We rented a motorbike for a day from the hotel for 250 baht for one day which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was fine. It's not luxurious but had the basics- small fridge, clean room, large shower with hot water, elevator. We would stay again.

Meh.
The hotel was a bit old. I definitely feel like for what it looked like, I could have paid less. The staff speak hardly any English and didnt bother to help me when they didnt understand but still came across as very friendly. The area was about a 10 minute walk from anything worth seeing (Night market being the closest) so in that regard not bad. Mediocre place. Stay in the square.
