Once we actually found the parking garage for the hotel, the rest of the stay was great. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, the hotel was clean, the room was clean and well stocked and breakfast was good. Thank you for offering an affordable choice in the area. *The front desk clerk said the website was recently changed with the parking garage address to help travelers find their way. Unfortunately, I just hit the directions button from Hotels.com. I should have checked the actual hotel site when I found myself going in circles.

Smack middle of campus. Ideal for touring UMass Amherst. You know where you are...the throw pillows and throw blanket on the beds were emblazoned with UMASS. Parking is not quite straight forward if you use GPS, but still easy to get to. Breakfast was a simple spread. Unfortunately, unable to adjust temperature of the room. There is no air conditioning in the room. I was told the building is central air?!
