When you book a five star hotel, you expect a certain level from your room, the amenities and the hotel personnel. In short, all my expectations were surpassed. The room was nice and clean with a good view to the Marina area, but the thing that really stood out was the personnel. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was extremely welcoming and friendly. The reception staff, maintenance workers and cleaners, restaurant staff, room service staff, the guy at the pool bar, absolutely everybody. To me, it's not even the room or amenities that make the hotel experience a five star experience but the level of service. And in this hotel, the service was a solid 10 out of 10. Just flawless job by everybody.

This is an amazing hotel, great location right in the marina. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price on check-in and I ended up in a lovely room with a balcony and view over the marina. The breakfast was excellent. And the hotel has an amazing gin bar and a wonderful italian resturant.
The bed was amazingly comfortable, I slept very well.
I will be looking to stay here again.
