Front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! I travel a lot and this was so refreshing to experience! Really started my stay off in a great mood! My room was spotless, spacious and updated. I used the gym and pool, which were clean and updated to date too! I had a light snack and drink at the bar one night since it had been a busy day and I didn’t want to go out to dinner and the bar staff was also very friendly! Great stay all around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Checking in was easy and I loved that they asked if we needed housekeeping. We did not. Good way to save on resources. The space and our room was clean and up to date. The breakfast had a variety on offer but mostly I enjoyed having honey for my tea. We did not have a kitchenette but we did have a small fridge and microwave which was great for when we were too tired to eat another fatty restaurant meal. All in all, I’d definitely revisit!

Very clean hotel. All staff was super nice. Just outside of downtown Pittsburgh. Only about a 15 minute drive to get to Acrisure stadium. Area seemed super safe. We even walked around at night.
