The property was ok the rooms are big and have a great view, they need to fix something on their key system our keys weren’t working like every day and that is the reason not giving 5 star to the property but I need to say about Linda the manager she is AMAZING!! She help us so much and was able to accommodate our requests. They were some staff members that were not that nice I have to say that but Linda, Martin, the people that works at the pool area and the shuttle driver makes you feel really welcomed and comfortable.. I want to thank them for all their help and attention!

The room was overall nice but something was wrong with the beds as the springs were messed up or something of that sort. The shower water pressure was very bad as you would have to get very close up to the wall as it had no pressure at all. Parking your car it was 75 a night if you wanted to park your own car but 35 if they could valet it? I valet my manual. In the morning valet stalled my vehicle right in front of me and the workers just started laughing very loudly.. hotel was room was nice with a nice view and a nice bathroom.
