Staff were extremely friendly & welcoming. The room was spacious & had everything we needed for the group, including a great view over the water from the balcony.
The communal facilities were excellent. Magnesium pool, sauna & tennis court. There was plenty of seating around the pool area including very comfortable day beds to relax on.
BBQ facilities if you wanted to use & again, heaps of seating for people to congregate for dinner.
Also had an inside communal area, kitchen & dining for groups which was brand new having been recently renovated.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the welcoming and informative staff it is a pleasure to stay in these immaculate and spacious apartments. Well equipped and the view from the balcony second to none. The pool was sparkling clean and the pool area so inviting. Our stay here was fabulous

Wonderful size apartment with Balcony that over looks lake. Very quiet. Nice pool area but water really cold. Close to Club Mulwala great entertainment and food. Close to golf courses. Easy parking underneath. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Mulwala / Yarrawonga. Apartments have everything required. Full kitchen, WM, comfortable and clean. Undercover parking. Short walk to club Mulwala, Yarrawonga Golf, Ski Club. Really enjoyed our stay, this is a wonderful choice. Pool and outdoor space currently under construction should be ready by summer. Stay here!

We found Capri Waters to be very clean and comfortable and well appointed for the price with great amenities. It was unfortunate that we struck a period where the Authorities had drained the lake to deal with the Egeria weed issue however that is totally understandable too. We would happily recommend this property and will be looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing all round.
The stay was amazing. The room was huge, clean and had everything we need. The view from our room was awesome. We even saw turtles and fish in the lagoon from our balcony. The best thing about Capri Waters are your staff. Wow we cannot thank you enough for the fantastic, helpful caring service we recieved whilst staying here. We will be frequent visitors.

Great location. Walking distance to everthing required. Beautiful views over lake from lovely sunny balcony. Excellent clean outdoor facilities for ypung and old. Huge fully equipped modern units. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing getaway.
