I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that my bedroom was not clean upon arrival and was not cleaned properly during my stay. This aspect definitely needs improvement to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

They are only trying to profit from you. All the businesses surrounding the hotel, including the hotel's staff, will attempt to sell their items at prices up to 10 times higher, under the guise of friendliness. If they notice you are aware of their tactics, then you should be careful. Btw, their Turkish Hamam was amazing.

Rooms are mighty cosy - the breakfast could be much better - but, the location is terrific, real 5-9 mins to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc. The hookah/sheesha place few meters down is awesome. The hotel has NO parking, and tbh, it is silly to hire a rental if youre going to be just Istanbul bound - no easy parking... The multi-stort otoparks are going to cost ~350 TLR/day - and the car will be mostly parked. The streets are mighty narrow, what googlemaos shows as a 5 min walk would be 20 mins drive.

The hotel location is in a very awkward place, Hill and Down, not good location. the rooms are extremely small. Breakfast menu not adequate. Had to take lunch near by restaurant. i will not recommend. Staff are fine, but the hotel itself is not.

Petit déjeuner au top avec une belle vue. Chambre très petite pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Piscine très sale.. laisse vraiment à désirer… j’ai choisi cet hôtel, notamment pour la piscine pour ma fille de trois ans… TRÈS DÉÇUES ! la vieille de notre départ comme on nous l’avait recommandé nous avions demandé des lunch box pour notre départ matinal à l’aéroport. on nous avait dit ok pas de problème. Le jour du départ RIEN pour nous, rien n’a été transmis je trouve cela d’un manque de professionnalisme incroyable. Sachant que la veille, la personne de la réception, nous l’a bien confirmé que c’était bon!

L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale dell’albergo. Siamo stati sistemati in una camera al piano -1 ( in una camera che non si può vedere in foto perché non le pubblica nel loro sito perché sono dei veri e propri sgabuzzini) con puzza di fogna e una finestra microscopica in alto della stanza. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera ma non ci è stato concesso perché l’albergo era pieno.Camera rumorosa, fini alle 4 del mattino rumori e urla e un continuo passeggiare nei corridoi. Camera sprovvista di tutto frigo bar, biancheria ect. Personale poco disponibile. Piscina e spa terribile con poca privacy.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with the major sights less than 10 minutes away. The front of house staff are very friendly and informative regardless of the time of day. It was nice for them to provide water if needed too.

The hotel has great staff and extremely helpful. I have previously stayed at the hotel a few times and it looks like they have made the rooms smaller. I have never stayed in a room this small. The location and area have always been great but due to the recent increase in tourists it’s now an extremely busy area. You can barely get a taxi and we ended up walking further out to catch a taxi. Again great staff who do everything they can to give you a pleasant stay.
