14 Oct 2026Country house hotel set in beautiful grounds at Peasmarsh near Rye. We enjoyed our stay despite heavy rain. Cosy room looking out on lawn with bath, kettle (tea and coffee etc). Good WiFi. TV with Freeview. Very nice Pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. We did not eat at the hotel but did enjoy drinks in the comfortable bar. Ample parking. A hotel set in the country - good for exploring Rye, walking in the country and visiting Vineyards (Tillingham vineyard is close)

31 Aug 2026We enjoyed the pool with our toddler, though the health club facilities were more old school lido than health spa. The room was lovely it was a garden room which gave access to the grounds at the back. Towels were nice and fluffy! We found the food average unfortunately & didn’t meet expectations, though the staff were very polite in the restaurant.

11 Aug 2026A lovely hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff, indoor heated pool excellent. Our only disappointment was the evening meals at the restaurant, I couldn’t eat some of mine, my partner’s meal was below expectations. I’d have scored this hotel 5 out of 5 if food had been better.

28 Jul 2026Lovely hotel great good in the restaurant. Had to wait ages for our dessert I think they forgot. Nothing around nearest pub is a good 20 minute walk away. Nice gardens to sit in and have a drink at the hotel. Dog friendly too

15 Oct 2026Check out awful, systems not up to date, I informed them that they had not charged me for my evening meal, very grateful of me being honest, but then told I owed 20p! Couldn’t explain why, manager told receptionist to ignore it. But later found out that monies had been taken out of my account without my permission. Nice place but not trustworthy.
