Das Morgenpersonal an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstückspersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Abendpersonal an der Rezeption hat uns leider erstmal von oben bis unten begutachtet, bevor es uns die Frage, die wir gestellt hatten, beantwortet hat. Auf Grund der aktuellen Umbauten des Spa-Bereiches finde ich das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis mangelhaft.

We got a suite a 7st floor. We got the room early, but unfortunately there where no towels in the room at all. The room also had a bad smell of sewer. We had to ask for towels twice before getting them. Parking was not at the hotel but in a parking garage 5min walk away from hotel, I don't consider this hotel parking..

Hotel location was great and it was quite comfortable. Easy access to everything and walkable distance to the Rathaus area. My only issue was that the fridge didn't work and it was also set up to only be able to fit their bottles, and not your own items that needed refrigeration.
