Said we did not have reservations!
We made reservations a month and a half in advance for my son’s graduation. When we arrived I was told we did not have reservations. I pulled up hotels app and showed the woman our reservations. She said she had no idea what I was talking about. We were able to stay but paid a higher price. If it was not so late at night and we were not exhausted we would have left. So unprofessional!

Very convenient, 7 min from Hartford Conference Center. Clean and rather spacious. We had the 2 queen bed bedroom and very happy with the cleaniness of the room and the bathroom with a large Italian style shower, not a tub. Coffee is free at the desk but no coffee or tea maker in the room, that was a little step back.
