Great location in busy Key West
Excellent location. Main hotel was very beautiful and the annex had updated rooms and was quieter.

Confused but perfect
Slightly chaotic check in. Not knowing where to park and dragging cases from one building to another but after that it was excellent in all aspects. Room was very clean and new. Location perfect. Pool area superb. Room had a kitchen area with a sink, fridge and swanky new microwave but no plates, cups or cutlery. Why have one without the other? The restaurant is a must. Best we had in Key West

The gardens and swimming pool were beautiful and peaceful. It was also great to be in an adults-only hotel. The biggest problem was the traffic and other street noise. We were in room 7 and particularly on the Sat night we found it difficult to sleep

Perfect in every way
Couldn't have asked for a better hotel/room. We stayed in #23. While EVERYTHING was wonderful, some of the highlights for us were as follows: - Private and tranquil, yet not secluded - Service - A/C - Comfortable and stylish - Location - just a block off of Duval Can't wait to go back to the Marquesa and Key West!

Very nice but some constructive feedback
It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the new section and the room was really nice and big. I would definitely stay again but there are a few things they could do to improve an expensive place. I don’t care about the excuse of Covid, people should have their rooms clean daily when they’re spending that kind of money. People need clean towels and such. Plus the shampoos and everything else were tiny so they run out with 2 people showering. They gave us two bottles of water and two little things of cookies the first day only. Second, someone decided to put the smoke detector that has a fairly bright green light that blinks right above the head of the bed. So as you’re looking at the ceiling before you close your eyes you have a light blinking in your face. Third, we ran out of hot water a few times. Fourth, although they did offer to help us with our bags it’s the guy that works at the desk. Fifth, all the houses/buildings look the same in that area. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the building at night. When we stopped at the property restaurant and the hostess had no idea where the hotel was... I suggest buying a bunch of maps and teaching the staff at the restaurant about the map to tell people that might stop in to get lost at night. Finally, I’m not sure who they use to clean but the shower has not been cleaned properly in a long time.
