6/10 Good

Room was ok and clean for the most part Staff was great and very helpful. Biggest problem was the people and partying in the parking lot late into the night. Kinda felt like the hotel should have fixed the situation but other than that no bugs so it was an ok stay

This was not what I was expecting. The room we stayed in really needs an upgrade. It had a smell to it we couldn’t figure out. Floor in bathroom was lifting. We had no normal amenities that you would find at other hotels like shampoo, conditioner, soap. No blow dryer…but Desirea in the front desk saved me…she was amazing she gets 5 stars.! We shared this room with four people and it didn’t have enough towels and had to go ask for more. No breakfast is included just fyi. We really only needed this place to sleep so we made it work. Just wanted to share our experience. Front desk staff that I don’t remember their names were amazing.! Staff all get 5 stars.

I had a good stay and was made welcome. The location is great. The hotel is clean. The only issue was that it is a bit noisy. Loud talking or kids playing in the hall can be heard plainly.

Checked in after 10p.m. The desk service was quick, and gave needed info. On the I pad screen. Liked the room, and simple breakfast. Nice and quiet for a good night of sleep. Definitely a favorite place to stay in NKY

2/10 Poor

The front desk staff is very good. But that’s it. The entire hotel smelled heavily of smoke. The room was falling apart, wallpaper ripped off, no cabinet doors, window would not shut. The two “beds” one frame had the mattress, the other one was just the box spring. Sheets ripped, light in entrance not working. Bathroom, just gross. Run, don’t walk away. Oh, the police showed up, five cars. As we are getting to our floor, they were escorting a man out in handcuffs. The other 6 people in the room kicked out and camping by the front door with their garbage bags of belongings.

While I was looking for a place to allow for pets, I was more than a little surprised at how well the building and rooms were kept. In addition, I never heard anyone’s pets unless they were outside and I was outside too. The staff was. Very courteous and Friendly. In all, my only complaint was the lack of vegan selections in the vending machines. Otherwise, I was extremely impressed.

8/10 Very good

We were there for 11 nights and while the size and location of the room was nice, there were some frustrating aspects to the stay. Our room keys had to be reset almost daily because they would stop working and one was required to get in the building in addition to the room. It was nice to have laundry on site. The staff was friendly enough. There was a “mandatory room inspection” twice during our stay which was a mild intrusion but nothing that caused any real problems. We were able to get cleaning supplies to sweep the floors and clean up the room as we wanted as there were no housekeeping services during our stay. There were pets in the building and several people appear to live here for months at a time and neither caused us any issue. Everyone was kind and kept their animals under control. If we needed to be in town for an extended period of time I would consider staying again but for a shorter stay we would likely stay somewhere with more amenities and housekeeping.

Don’t show up late at night. They don’t have anyone at the desk after 10pm. Very basic accommodation. Very light blanket. Only a double bed. Not queen
