Best Location near metro
Excellent, best place for family. Location is on the opposite of small park where you can enjoy the air because that is spring time and surrounds of high rise buildings. Simple breakfast, nice staff and comfortable room with sofa bed. Near metro station, chinese market, kfc, baskin and robbins and mcdonalds. Surely this will be our hotel again for the next time of staycation in Dubai.

The best hotel in Deira dubai
We always select Hayat Place Baniyas Square whenever we are in Dubai. Its the perfect spot and most importantly amazing service. Every person we have intracted with have been so polite and very helpful which is rare to find.
Jennifer the receptionists was amazing and so helpful to check us in. Would definitely recommend. Before we could ask for anything the hotel staff would have already assisted us. Amazing stay.
