Clean Room & Hotel with Smelly Service
My experience was overall very good. A couple things weren’t available due to it being out of service (coffee machine broken) and/ or not available (no water dispenser). During check-in the service employee was very friendly but he had really bad body odor which was not great to experience.

Mesa Arizona or bust
Nice clean room on ground floor. Easy access. On the road side so a little bit of truck noise and occasionally a fan ticking noise from the fridge. Slept well though, good bed.

nice place
Nice accommodations and clean. Great breakfast. The bed felt good at first but was too hard for me. My pains were up with me in the night. Bed was ok for hubby.

Great room for overnight
Don't judge a book by its cover. It looked run down and small but the rooms were great! Very small breakfast, yogurt donuts coffee and juice is all but the rooms are as pictured and the bed was fabulous.

We got in early and tried to check In, but were told rooms were ready, but policy is you must wait til 3 pm. We had to wait 1.5 hours to finally check in. Complimentary Breakfast didn't exist and then we were locked out of our room for 1 hours due to electronic Key fob issue. The poor Night Gal tried to get us in, but got no assistance from management. Finally my wife asked if they can access through the adoining room. Fortunately the guest next store allowed the Night Gal to access our room. Very disappointed with establishment.

2/10 Poor

I booked a room from Fri-Mon, but I needed Thurs-Mon. So I kept the original booking and then made another booking for Thurs-Fri for the same size room as the original. I got there Thursday and explained the the situation to the lady working the front desk and she said that she could just extend the first booking from Thurs-Mon like I needed so I didn't have to go through the whole check out process just to check back in a couple hours later and she just cancelled my other booking. I was totally on board with that. The whole reason I was in town was for a music festival and I was working one of the food carts, so I didn't have any time to check out and then check back in. With that being said, Thursday night was just fine, Friday was the issue. I just got done working at 11:45pm and wanted to just get back and sleep. I got to my room and the key didn't work. I went to the front desk and talked to the gentleman at the front. After going back and forth and explaining what happened about my 2 reservations and showing him both my reservations in my email, he leaves to make a call and comes back and says they are now overbooked and this is my last night I can stay. That I have to check out in the morning and there was nothing he can do. Even though he just told me before he went to make a call that there was a room available and that he can make it work. So I got to the room and was lucky to find another hotel that could get me in for the rest of the time I was there.

Booked wrong night. Had to rebook and the support person could not get through on the phone. The message box was full. Still trying to get it correct so I don’t pay for the night I was not there. Hotel is losing money by not having phone service working. Nice room would stay again.

Everything looked new, wonderful welcome by woman at the reception desk, a tremendous value for the price, local restaurants and market were walkable, easy access to the freeway.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was we could hear everything in the room next door, through the adjoining door.

The room was very clean with everything new. The room was small but comfortable. Great having the pub and bistro next door. Breakfast was sad. Coffee or tea, apples, yogurt and sugury pastries.

Room clean but outlets not working in bathroom. Morning staff unfriendly and seemed bothered when asked for coffee cups. The breakfast room had large filled garbage can and was very stinky. The afternoon check in lady was pleasant

Staff did not restock breakfast items, did not clean rooms, replenish coffee, cups in rooms or empty trash cans. hotel was full of construction workers who started at 5:30am, cooked in rooms, set off fire alarm. The rooms however were clean and nice and was a good value.

Nothing over the top awful but certainly not great. Plumbing slow to drain, power outlets in both rooms didn’t work - fairly clean but whole building smells like smoke, very thin walls, loud doors constant noise from upstairs rooms and other patrons coming/going at all hours. Staff did apologize for noise. I don’t have super high expectations for a $140 hotel but I will happily pay 170 and stay elsewhere next time.
