We got to the Hotel and it was closed, we had to sleep on the streets for one night. Even though your email said it was open it wasn't, we had to find another Hotel the following day. Me and my friend felt homeless. I will never book with you again Hotels.com,Dean Ayling and Ashley Gilbert.

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

Hotel has got a old dirty room. Food was cold and boring. Definitely what you would not expect from a 4 star hotel. I feel like we were ripped off and far too much euros to spend at a hotel like that. WON‘T BE BACK

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value. GOOD - Rooms were clean - Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water - The beach was never busy, and had some nice water. - Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive - Main pool was nice. BAD - We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night. - To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive - Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?! - The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others. - There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying.

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. The room service was not good at all and resulted in our complaint for uncleanliness and lack of towel replacement and bed making. The staff were all very well mannered and polite and were always smiling and willing to talk and assist. The hotel beach is awful in respect of the water. The sandy beach is very good but to get into the water you need to navigate vast areas of sharp rocks !! not at all conducive for such a location, The public beach just 100 yards away was far far superior.

Das Hotel ha keine 4 Sterne verdient, höchstens 3. Es ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt und vieles ist kaputt. Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt nicht so toll. Auch wenig Auswahl. Live Cooking gab es ĂŒberhaupt nicht, obwohl es ĂŒberall steht, auch in der BroschĂŒre, die man beim Check In erhĂ€lt. Tresor und BadetĂŒcher DepotgebĂŒhren. Das wird einem beim Check in nicht gesagt, man merkt es erst, wenn man den Safe brauchen möchte. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, da die BalkontĂŒr kaputt war, im neuen Zimmer dann aber auch wieder. Den gleichen SafeschlĂŒssel konnten wir fĂŒr beide Tresor nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich, auch wenn mans nicht versteht, merkt man dass sie lĂ€stern. Das Personal sonst ist nett.

Tolle Lage, Liegen am Strand inklusive (außer am Wochenende; super nervig)... Mitarbeiter im Gastronomiebereich richtig aufmerksam. An der Rezeption eher nur teilweise. Zimmer sind super alt und haben große MĂ€ngel, kein WohlfĂŒhlfaktor. Essen war okay aber nicht der Burner. Überall GetrĂ€nke leider in Plastikbecher, extreme MĂŒllansammlung :( Aber die Lage und das Meer und der Strand machen echt viel wieder gut.

Eebokers tukeen asiasta. 3h selvittelyjen jÀlkeen saimme toisen huoneen. Toisessa huoneessa jÀÀkaappi oli rikki ja odotimme uutta yli vuorokauden, jouduimme soittamaan tÀstÀ useampaan otteeseen respaan. Huoneessaamme oli vÀliovi ja yhtenÀ yönÀ viereisestÀ huoneesta tuntematon mies ilmestyi huoneeseen sisÀÀn. Onneksemme hÀn pahoitteli suuresti tilannetta. Meille oli sanottu ettÀ ovesta on mahdoton kulkea. Oikeita lakanoita mm. Peitolle emme loppulomalla saaneet ollenkaan vaan se oli patentoitu aluslakanoilla. Myös hygienia vÀlineitÀ jouduimme soittelemaan jokapÀivÀ lisÀÀ. Allinclusive ei vastannut sitÀ mitÀ odotimme. Vain tietyt juomat, ruuat ja palvelut kuuluivat siihen ja se oli yllÀttÀvÀn rajattu. Mm. Vesipullot ei kuuluneet tÀhÀn. Henkilökunnassa oli muutama ystÀvÀllinen henkilö mutta myös sellaisia jotka eivÀt mm. Tervehtineet ollenkaan. Olen yhteydessÀ viellÀ tÀstÀ huoneeseen pÀÀsystÀ yöllÀ.  the Hotel was clean and the furniture was okay but in my opinion not a 4* Hotel. The Location was good. In 20 Minuten you can arrive ayia Napa with bicycles. When we arrived we didn‘t got any information
 Upon request, we were given a folder and said we would find all The Information in it. The staff wasn‘t really friendly or helpful. The Food was distigusting to be honest. It was cold and there was no variety. We are both vegeterian and we had literally just potatoes and Chips for lunch and Dinner. The breakfast was also Not worth it there were no Bread—spreads
 just „hot“ Food life baked beans and sausages. The bread wasn‘t baked up ist was bright and dry. I wouldn‘t recommend it!

Ett 2 stjÀrnigt hotell som utger sig för att ha 4 stjÀrnor. Ett omodernt hotell med ytterst trÄkig och omysig inredning, gamla rum med okej utförd stÀdning. Receptionistpersonalen, bartenders och Àgaren bör inte arbeta inom serviceyrken. Dom enda i personalen som var genuint trevliga var restaurangpersonalen. "AŽla carte" restaurangerna serverade dÄlig fÀrdigmat, inte bÀttre Àn bufferestaurangen pÄ nÄgot sÀtt... Vi hade all inclusive under vÄr vistelse vilket var ett stort misstag. Frukosten hade relativt stort utbud om du gillar att Àta billig mat med riktigt dÄlig kvalité. Lunch och middagsbuffén var desto bÀttre och hade oftast Ätminstone ett alternativ som var gott. Drinkarna och vinet som ingÄr i all inclusive ska vi inte ens tala om... vinet smaka handsprit och var odrickbart. om du hÄller dig till öl sÄ Àr det mer vÀrt. Det enda positiva jag har att sÀga om dethÀr hotellet Àr lÀget, om du endast vill ligga pÄ stranden eller vid poolen en hel vecka sÄ passar det bra. StrÀnderna och poolomrÄdet var vÀldigt bra och det fanns mycket fin snorkling intill hotellet. TÀnk pÄ att det Àr minst 15 - 20min promenad till andra restauranger eller matbutiker sÄ du bör inte vara krÀsen med mat om du ska bo hÀr.
