Every day truly feels like Christmas at The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere wrapped us up like a holiday memory you never want to end. The decorations, the music, the lights—everything is magical, no matter the time of year.
The staff goes above and beyond in a way you don’t see often anymore. They’re kind, welcoming, and make you feel like you’ve been part of their family for years. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction.
The food was amazing, and the homemade cookies were a hit with all of us. The kids had endless activities to enjoy, and of course, Santa himself made the experience unforgettable—singing, visiting, and bringing that true Christmas spirit to life.
The location is perfect too. There’s so much to do right around the hotel, and it’s only a short drive to Gatlinburg, which made exploring the area easy and fun.
One of the things that stood out the most was the sense of community. Many guests come back several times a year and stay connected throughout the seasons. It says everything you need to know about this place—it’s more than a hotel, it’s a tradition.
We can’t wait to come back again soon. This place has become a part of our family story, and we’re already looking forward to the next visit.
