This property is quite spread out, which I find very charming, it also has a very nice swimming pool, to chill out and relax. The hotel is located right in the heart of the bustling nightlife entertainment, but is absolutely very quiet, I had no difficulty in getting a good night's sleep. The staff at reception are very polite and helpful, during my stay I had two issues which were promptly attended to, without any fuss. Check-in and check-out was fast, efficient and thorough. My room came with a ceiling fan, and a balcony, again for me that's a very big plus. The only downside is there is no in-room safe. Very clean and tidy, I will definitely be staying here again, on my next trip to Pattaya.

Sutus Court... Very good location, close to nightlife yet peaceful and quiet enclave, with nice pool and jacuzzi for relaxing during the day. A clean and basic hotel with great amenities and helpful reception staff.

Sutus Court is a good place to stay if you set realistic expectations - it is only a 2 ( or 2 1/2) star hotel. The rooms are a good size and the front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. However, there was no kettle in the room for making coffee, and there was no safety box in the room, although one was available in an area behind the front desk. The main reason for staying there is location - it's easy walking distance to lots of nightlife and dining options, and there are regular buses for travelling further.

Its my 3rd stay at Sutus Court 3. and i have found all staff to be friendly and efficient. Rooms were cleaned daily also it was very quiet at night found no problem sleeping.

I like Sutus Court Hotel for great location, reasonable price, friendly staff, and especially the jacuzzi pool. There is very little that I do not like. I always choose Sutus Court for short stays in Pattaya. It is close to the crazy action in the streets around LK Metro, yet it is a quiet secluded oasis for a relaxing stay.

Very convenient situation. Could do with an electric kettle in room. Good dining room below hotel. Good menu of European & Thai food. The poolside loungers are very outdated. Need new, modern ones in place. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay here.
