A gem of a hotel!

So nice

The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent and very polite. The only issue was the room was close to the busy intersection. So we heard lots of traffic noise. The breakfast was so good with fresh fruit and cheese omelets, bacon ,sausage and waffles. The hotel is beautiful we will try to visit again one day. Also great accommodation for disability.

However, the ladies at the front desk takes the stay to another level! Extremely polite and service minded. We had a great stay with many nice chats and traveling tips. Strongly recommend!

Excellent hotel for its money. Great breakfast. Excellect service. Good location. Very old hotel if you are into old. The floors, carpet and walls need a real scrub down around the elevator. Otherwise, 4.5 total. PS. May want to check elevator piston. The elevator has a sttong piston oil smell.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem in St. Pete!

Crystal Bay Hotel is officially my new favorite local getaway spot! The rooms are so cute and cozy, perfectly matching the hotel's charming, vintage vibe. It’s older in the most beautiful and intentional way—decorated true to its time period with lovely pieces throughout that make it feel like a step back in time (in the best way). The staff made our stay even better—Kathy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative, and every member of the food staff was kind and attentive. Housekeeping was equally impressive—our room was spotless, and everyone we interacted with was polite and professional. Let’s talk about breakfast: amazing. A full buffet, fresh fruit, make-your-own waffles, and cooked-to-order eggs with sausage and bacon that hit the spot. As locals, we were just in for a staycation, but we’ll absolutely be back. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
