Hotel sujo, banheiro imundo, colocaram a gente num quarto diferente do quarto contratado. Quando questionado o rapaz da recepção disse que as fotos no site eram apenas ilustrativas. Não recomendo pra ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel, quem for vai passar muito raiva

Pessimo
O café da manhã é repetitivo, o suco é tangue e não natural, os atendentes são pessimistas tirando o gerente que foi muito educado sempre, a limpesa é horrível a pia do banheiro eu deixei com sujeira de pasta de dente e quando voltei estava do mesmo jeito, até o banheiro do shopping que fui estava mis cheiroso que o quarto. As toalhas uns verdadeiros trapos, o black out não dava conta da janela. Uma pessima estadia, mas essa rede Andrade costuma ser pessima mesmo. Não voltarei mais e nem indico. O secador não serve pra nada pois não tem uma tomada que ele dá.

O apartamento tem espaço adequado para a estadia. Um probleminha do ar condicionado foi imediatamente resolvido pela gerência. O café é ótimo e suficiente com muitas opções. Nos espaços comuns como o microondas e para cuidados com as roupas pareciam de uma maior limpeza. Nada que influencie na experiência da estadia.

Decepção total.
Infelizmente foi péssima a estadia, hotel extremamente velho, cheio de infiltração, quartos com mofo, Tv sem funcionar os canais, banheiro bem ruim, com pinga pinga no chuveiro, pia com mármore quebrado, espelhos com manchas, box bem deteriorado, vaso sanitário com aspecto ruim. Atendimento dos funcionários péssimo. Café da manhã razoável e a limpeza realizada de forma ótima pela camareira Emily, sendo o único ponto positivo. Roupa de banho e cama de péssima qualidade. Estacionamento em um porão sem a mínima condição. Funcionários sem treinamento algum, sem carrinhos para malas… enfim… foram 10 dias de chateações.

O hotel não tinha garagem, tinhamos que deixar o carro na rua, ou pagar uma diaria de 30,00R$. As paredes não têm acustica, escutavamos as conversas das pessoas dos quartos vizinhos. O café da manhã sem reposição, faltando tudo.
