Our stay at Radisson Blu, Kochi, was truly memorable. The property was fantastic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience for the entire family!

The service was good and the breakfast was decent but the property itself needs a complete overhaul. Linens are worn out and not fresh, especially the towels! Not sure why these old linens+pillows are not replaced. The room and bathroom needs major deep cleaning. And important point to note - this property does not have a King size bed. It’s a queen size bed and so we had to get an extra mattress, (which was also 2 folded mattresses pushed together basically). Overall we were there just to sleep so it was manageable but the housekeeping and maintenance are not up to mark.
