It's an alright hotel, and it was cheaper including breakfast than all other hotels in the area excluding breakfast. The staff was generally uninterested and the breakfast was so-so, but the rooms are clean and everything that I'd expect to be provided was provided. So I'm happy with my choice, it's a standard hotel that does the job for a reasonable price.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very understanding of my attempts at communicating in German. Breakfast was lush, really set us all up for the day. Alexanderplatz is a few minute walk away and has everything you'll need. Some great salad bowls in the Alexa food hall if you can't face any more large meals. If you're looking for snacks and some drinks for your room or adventures, avoid convenience stores and search out an Aldi, Lidl or other larger supermarket.

The room was a good size and the breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and stayed open late. The one thing that surprised me was that there was no fridge in the room. Would have been useful to keep water and other drinks in. Otherwise excellent.

Great location near Alexanderplatz. Great shopping and convenient to find restaurants. Wonderful welcome from reception when checking in. Breakfast was great. Lack luster when it came to cleaning the rooms. My husband had to ask several times to have room cleaned after 3rd night. When we came back to our room it was not cleaned. Finally when they came around. The employee was disgruntled, he opened the door w/o knocking. Just came in with his equipment and got to work in the bathroom . He only announced himself after he heard us behind the wall. We left the room. After the rushed attempt, the hand soap was not filled. Ok, so we used shower gel. No biggie. But it left a sour note about the place.

Ask for quiet room if you’re a light sleeper, Germany’s sirens seem amplified to the rest of the world 😂 Rooms were in great condition, aircon worked perfectly for hot or cold (it was unseasonably warm outside). Staff were absolutely superb! My hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Everyone always so friendly and engaging with guests when walking passed. Breakfast was plentiful, well topped up and constantly flowing of dishes. Nothing ran out during a very busy period.

Our room was a bit small (two beds) and using the luggage rack didn't quite work because we simply couldn't find an adequate space for the luggage rack. But...I placed my suitcase on top of the desk, and it was no problem, whatsoever. We enjoyed the A/C, the view, and the relaxed atmosphere. Our two nights were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but the staff were absolutely what made our stay remarkable. The breakfast area was kept extremely clean, everyone was attentive, kind, prompt, and friendly. We extended our stay by one night--again, super friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect for our excursions. The S-Bahn station is located a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are available at Alexanderplatz. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!!!
