Room was generally clean except for the towels, I can't use as they don't look very clean. I found a tick on one bed, crawled on my arm, and a cockroach in the bathroom

Great people run this hotel. They let me check in early and didn't charge for it. Everyone that stays there works. No problem would stay there again

As we open the door there were roaches, the floors were filthy and toilet didn’t work, front desk was uncooperative with issues. The only good thing I can say is they renovated all the outdoor to make it look inviting but there’s too many issues inside

I didnt like how the manager asked for a deposit of $20 when i went to get my deposit back he got angry & was confused that i didn't pay $20 deposit so he gave me my deposit back & then told me I could no longer rent a room from Hacienda well ok i just didnt understand on why he told me that.

The Staff tries to do as good as they can be. The place is being worked on. For a tired traveler, one nite stand and at their rate is wonderful thing. Downside cable is poor, and the tub needs to be fix so it does not become slippery. The area is nice to visit all the folk are really nice and hardworking!

Didn't even go in the room or stay because of a broken window. Apparently no one stays to check in people full time, but thankfully after the worker drove back, we were refunded. No other place I've booked on Expedia has an additional $18 fee, and all the other prices listed for the places I've stayed were final.

Stay was ok. Floor was dirty. Pretty nice stay overall but service fee was absolutely ridiculous- fresh towels every day but they came for them really early in the morning Bed was very uncomfortable. Owner very sweet person. Would give it a better rating but with an additional 18 dollar fee per night you would think u would get something for the fee.. it’s like just a get more money out you.. it’s very insulting. If u drive 30 minutes longer you can get a cheaper room better quality and free breakfast!
