The front desk person, Eric, was extremely helpful; he helped us organize our transportation to our tour and even taught us some typical Tico slang as he showed us around the property. The people in the breakfast areas were very nice as well. We stayed in a deluxe room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom in the two story building next to the main motel. The view was amazing, being able to see the city and the valley out to the Pacific Ocean. The room itself was large, but out of date. The bed was hard and unforgiving, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The weather ruined the stay for us, and due to the age of the windows and door, they rattled relentlessly as the wind blew for our two days we stayed there. We got no sleep at all; there was no comfort there.
