We arrived with my son to the Asia Resort at midnight on the 8th of July. After waiting for about an hour we were checked into the room, which was disgusting. The mirror and the air con screen were both broken, there were blood stains on the blanket and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest.
The next day we asked for a change of rooms, and I’m glad they changed it.
The next day we went for lunch, dinner and realised that the food there was uneatable. The poorest quality I’ve ever seen in Turkey. My son could only eat bread and butter there.
I couldn’t even imagine to stay any longer there. I booked a different hotel and asked the management for a refund. While waiting at the reception I’ve heard that other guests were complaining about the service, and they told me that out of their big group, a few kids were taken to a hospital with foodpoisoning. During my stay I saw one ambulance as well.
I told the management I want to leave and that I expected a refund…
The next morning I woke up to my son vomiting. We rushed to the hospital, as the doctor at the hotel advised. I spent 500 euros on drips and we stayed there the whole day.
I moved out from the hotel even though I had 5 nights remaining. Obviously no refund, despite talking to the management every day.
I feel really sorry writing this review, as lots of nice people work there. However, avoid this place.
