Poor quality
The hotel is 2 blocks from plaza de arma so excellent location. It's a bit far from the port and terminal though. The hot water was poor, by the time i finished my shower there was no more hot water. They didn't have a hair dryer, the help desk had to borrow one. For this price you better stay in a motel or other hostel. The best was a fried egg for breakfast.

Excellent staff at this hotel
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and their was a nice little sitting area outside our room where we could read, etc. The breakfast was good and on our last day when we had a very early departure they prepared it 15 minutes early to accommodate us. Exceptional!

Puno adventure
The room was fine, clean and the service was good. They explain where to go for eating and relax during the night. I recommend because the price and what you get are correct. The situation that isn't has an elevator only stairs.
