Holiday with friends
Stayed with friends for a week at the end of September. Hotel was clean and entrainment was good. This was are third time at Minura Cala Galdana and it did not disappoint Food was good and we appreciated the free availability of water at dinner. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and we will return.

I was in room 122 which was very Large. The only downside to this room and others was the constant noise from an outside source, i.e Noise was coming from a Pump/Extractor of some description. I found this a bit annoying but decided not to complain as the benefits of such a large room make up for the disruption.

Didnā€™t get what I paid for and the room was mis-advertised. During booking, I paid extra for a double bed but was given two beds pushed together. The room was meant to be soundproof but the noise from the entertainment every night was so loud it was impossible to sleep before they finished at 11pm. The room was near a lift which woke us up every morning. No support from staff when we complained about these things and were essentially told to just deal with it. Iā€™ve been in touch with the hotel since to discuss a partial refund and not had a response. Pros: breakfast was nice, hospitality and cleaning staff were all really nice. Good location near the town. Pool was lovely.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind schƶn, modern und sauber. Das Treppenhaus und die GƤnge sind schmuddelig und der Bodenbelag lƶst sich Ć¼berall. Die Lage des Hotels ist fĆ¼r jegliche Art von AusflĆ¼gen sehr gut gelegen. Das Essen ist nicht gut. Frisch gekocht werden am morgen nur die Eier und pancake, am Abend Fleisch und Fisch. Alles andere ist Fertigware fĆ¼r GroƟkĆ¼chen und Kantinen, selbst das GemĆ¼se und der Salat. ā˜¹ļø alles in allem ein nettes Hotel aber keine 4 Sterne šŸŒŸ

Posizione eccellenteā€¦ esci dallā€™albergo e sei sulla spiaggia di Cala Galdana . Per la sera eā€™ necessaria lā€™auto perchĆ© nella zona non cā€™ĆØ nulla solo qualche pub e qualche ristorante ma la vita serale finisce presto šŸ˜…. Comunque staff tutti gentili , cibo di qualitĆ  sia a colazione che a cena ā€¦Consigliatissimo

Bien dans lā€™ensemble fait le job et surtout bien placĆ© pour la plage et accĆØs aux transports. Les chambres sont suffisante Ć  mon goĆ»t une petite rĆ©novation serait bienvenue. La nourriture est correct, le personnel est vraiment super top. Je recommande cet hĆ“tel.
