About this apartment
There are two studio loft apartments on the second level of our building. The ground level is commercial space occupied by our real estate office, Stevens & Company. There are 21 fairly steep steps to the second level.
The second level was once a toy store and was renovated in 2005 into two apartments. Our studio apartment features an open living area separated into sitting area with sofa and comfy chair and sleeping area with queen-size bed. There is a wide-screen HDTV with Comcast Xfinity and local channels and wireless high-speed internet.
The full kitchen is open to the rest of the apartment and features a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware.
There is a full bath with stand-up shower. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway.
The loft is adorable and is in a great location. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at both local coffee shops and the restaurant, Fardowners, had great food, great drinks, and great people! It is a quick drive to any point of interest in the area. We loved it.

Wonderful Studio Apartment close to everything
My husband, puppy and I were so pleased with this studio. It is so cute and quaint. The condo itself is very spacious with a kitchen, comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom. The owner is also very accommodating - there was a loaf of banana nut bread on the counter and OJ, milk and bottled waters in the fridge. Crozet is also a wonderfully small town close to everything. The locals in the area were friendly and gave us great suggestions on things to do and see. We will definitely be returning for another visit!

This was a perfect one night get away for the event we attended. Loved the availability of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed. Crozet has a lot to offer and this apartment was perfect for us.

Conveniently located, perfectly furnished, clean And picked with all the amenities we could ask for
Chatting with Amy the whole week before and coming in to a loaf of homemade banana nut bread really made us feel so welcomed like we were staying with friends. We loved having the mud house coffee shop and fardowners literally right below us. It a perfect dinner stop on our way home from starhill our first night and I enjoys mud house each morning. It was nice knowing the pharmacy was right there too I case we needed anything g but the loft was so well stocked we never needed to head down there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We had a perfect getaway weekend for my husband birthday. We will definitely be back to stay in crozet. Maybe even check out the cottage next time.
