This Villa is on a premium lot with private pool and spa overlooking a magnificent pond and conservation reserve. Watch all the Florida wildlife while relaxing. Newly redecorated home with 2 Master bedrooms each with ensuite and private access to the Lanai. 2 more bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and share a Jack'n Jill bathroom. TV's in all bedrooms. The Living room has a 55" Smart-HD-TV with PVR for recording and streaming your favorite shows. The "Games Room" has a pool table, air hockey, foosball and a dedicated 50" HD-TV with gaming system and movies.
