My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start. The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests need to know when they can check in!!!

The property is beautiful. The service staff are generally very young, courteous and well trained and also multitasking. Shower mixer is not accurately flowing between hot and cold. Breakfast spread is good. We had a bad experience with our order of steak. But Ms Ming was excellent in resolving them and has great management skills.
