Atendentes da noite não respondem nem a um “boa noite”. Despreparados para lidar com atendimento ao público. Não tem serviço de quarto, café da manhã regular. Atendentes da manhã foram melhores. Ponto positivo: a localização.

Vale a pena, apesar do colchão e do ar fraco

O hotel é muito bem localizado, relativamente próximo da Praia da Ponta D'Areia. Próximo a dois restaurantes, um empório chique, farmácia, a um Subway e uma boa pizzaria anexo ao hotel. O mesmo possui uma lavanderia rápida de 30 mins também no anexo. Quarto limpo, banheiro idem, ducha razoável. O forte do hotel é a localização e o café da manhã. Deixou a desejar no ar condicionado fraco (o controle não fica com o hóspede. Esse não tem direito a aumentar, diminuir, baixar ou aumentar temperatura) e no colchão da cama desgastado. Muito incômodo pois o colchão afunda ao deitar. O administrador do hotel deve pensar nesses pontos.
