Our stay at the Hotel Britannia - three nights

Our stay was excellent - the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were adequate and clean, breakfast was very good, parking was very close to our chalet door about two metres away). My wife was especially happy with the hotel and wants to return next year.

As instalações do hotel são muito boas! Ótimo estacionamento, café da manhã variado e muito bem servido. Só tivemos um problema na tv do quarto que não estava funcionando. Fomos à recepção e encaminharam um funcionário para tentar resolver, porém, não conseguiu. O hotel nos ofereceu um up grade, contudo, não gostamos da acomodação que nos foi oferecida e também já havíamos arrumado nossas coisas no quarto. Ficamos sem tv. No meu ponto de vista, acho que deveriam verificar se todos os aparelhos da acomodação estão funcionando perfeitamente para que não haja esse tipo de problema. No mais, o hotel é bastante agradável.

Um cantinho da Inglaterra em Penedo

A estádio foi boa, o hotel tem um estilo próprio e temático, bem próximo ao centro de Penedo, as acomodações são confortável. Os profissionais são super solícitos e educados, fomos muito bem atendidos. E o café da manhã muito bom também!

Péssima experiência.

Péssima experiência, cama horrível, porém estava bem limpinha, café de máquina, frio! Não tem como ter uma experiência boa noite café se o mesmo é de máquina, ovos molhados, com o vapor da vasilha fica assim mesmo, não são feitos na hora, sem cortesia alguma por parte do hotel, tudo muito bem contado e fazem muita questão de tudo, é um hotel em q não me faz sentir em casa, a piscina aquecida é pequena e a água estava turva, enfim..... já foi bom este hotel, volto nunca mais. Experiência muito desagradável.

Um final de semana comemorando os 80 anos da mamãe

A localização é muito boa, perto do centrinho e de vários restaurantes e lojinhas. Café da manha muito bom. Instalações confortáveis, o hotel é quase que um museu, totalmente imersivo. O atendimento é um diferencial, totalmente acolhedores e solícitos. Eles sempre fazem um bolo surpresa para os aniversariantes e todos participam cantando parabéns. Melhor custo- benefício!

O hotel fica numa localização ótima: próximo ao comércio, paróquia, restaurantes, passeios, cafeteria. O quarto tem tamanho bom, mas nada de muito luxuoso. O espaço externo muito grande, com quadra, piscinas, sauna, orquidário, um rio que passa ao lado, restaurante com entrada pela propriedade. O café da manhã excepcional.
