Staff was great. The room was kept very clean. The location is fantastic. The only negatives I would have is that there was no safe in the room for valuables. You wind up carrying them all with you all day. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have a safe. Also, the beach across the street was pretty, but a ton of seaweed and not exactly swimmable. In fact, they didn't really have many, what I would consider, normal beaches anywhere on the island, where you walk in and it gradually tappers down; except for a couple of areas at other hotels and most had boats there, but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The island was beautiful, and affordable. The food was very good and the people were very friendly.

I had a great experience at Jan's hotel. They picked me up from the water taxi dock, and once I got to the hotel the check in was fast and easy. Their location is extremely convenient, close to shops and restaurants, also very close to the split. They provided daily housekeeping and there was a security guard at night. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great option for my stay on Caye Caulker! The customer service was top notch and the property is conveniently located. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. The staff went above and beyond!! From coordinating my trip from the airport to Caye Caulker to the hotel.They are extremely nice, courteous and professional! Wonderful stay
