We have just returned to the UK today after a 10 day stay at Pearlwot. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. All o the staff including the cleaners, security, reception and bar staff especially Austin, were very kind, professional and very polite. We felt safe at all times and our rooms were perfect. Thank you all for making my children’s first trip to my mother land so amazing

The elevator isn’t working throughout my 1 week and 5 days stay at the pearlwort hotel. Likewise, they don’t offer the breakfast buffet anymore like they did 4 years ago. The pool isn’t clean like it used to be. The management has really dropped the ball.

Room smelled muggy and wet so had to keep ac on which was very cold. add said free shuttle bus to and from airport but was not true. Tv didnt have service for the last night i was there. .
