Pro-active communication before arrival with reminders of entrance instructions was excellent.
Manager stored luggage as a spacial favour as I arrived early - mean't I could explore without the hassle of dragging cases etc.
Lift broke down - repairs slow - BUT alternate routs well marked.

The check in was self serve and a bit different. The Kitchen was adequate for an extended stay. Location was great for public transportation. You could get new sheets and towels anytime and having a washer dryer in the lower level was a real plus.

i stayed here for 5 days and i recommend here for long stay.
check-in was easy even i arrived late afternoon
comparing to room size bathroom was quite big.
kitchen was small but well equipped.
i definitely recommend this place

I liked the kitchenette, but I didn't like how the window cleaners left me room when they entered it while I was away.

Very nice property in a prime location with all transport options in a easy walking distance. Person at reception was welcoming and quite helpful. He did help to store luggage in his office as we had to check in early. Their main lift was having problems, we had to use an alternate lift. That was the only hassle. I also had some delays and confusions on communication around a room upgrade request I made. But it was all solved in right time before travel.

Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the U and S lines and grocery store. Felt very safe, good security. I liked having a person on site for assistance. Room was perfect for my 8 day stay.
I did not like that there were no sheets on the bed, just a comforter.

Perfect location
Property is perfect, location and condition. However, there was a fire alarm on Saturday morning and the noise signal for the air con was not turned off for the whole weekend. The noise was very annoying and sleep was near impossible. Contacted the property three times but nothing was done. Irritating end to our otherwise great stay.

The apartments are very nice. However, they could not fix the A/C buttons during the 2 1/2 weeks that I stayed there. I had to push the buttons every hour to adjust the temperature. Otherwise, the stay was very nice. The dryer downstairs did not work the second time I had to wash my clothes.

Unterkunft passt für unabhängige und Handy-affine Gäste. Reception ist nicht immer besetzt und man muss sich unter Umständen selbst einchecken. Achtung, es gibt daher KEINE Gepäckaufbewahrung dort und man muss damit rechnen, dass das Zimmer erst ab 15 Uhr bereitsteht. Ich habe vorgängig per E-Mail wegen dem Gepäck gefragt und eine nichtssagende Antwort erhalten mit Verweis auf einen Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice, den es gar nicht in der Nähe dieser Unterkunft gibt. Offensichtlich nur eine vorgefertigte Standardantwort von jemandem ohne lokale Kenntnisse. Tipp: am Bahnhof Zoo gibt es Gepäckschliessfächer.

Fint nyt centralt placeret i vest Berlin tæt på Zoologischer med med gode tog forbindelser til det meste af Berlin.
Ang placering : mange spisemuligjeder. mange hjemløse omkring banegården, men synes fredelig.
Eneste problem var indtjekningen. Og lyset ved senge kræver et redesign.
