The room was a great size for 6 nights. Bed very comfortable & so many amenities have been thought of. The bar on the roof was nice and staff very friendly. The Malabar cafe for breakfast and dinner was very good and served some lovely dishes. Some waiting staff seem uncomfortable around English speaking guests for some reason many misunderstandings occur. The standout staff member is Shabi (M) who was not only friendly but someone who got everything right and who should be commended for his customer service. Thanks for a great stay.

Grand Hyatt set the standard! From everything you would imagine you want with a great resort, this place has it. Every single area gets my 5 stars. I was late to the spa and yet they accommodated without compromising the quality of the treatment. Loved it all and I recommend it whole-heartedly. The morning breakfast options are🔥. It is a beautiful calm place to rewind, rejuvenate and relive! Thank you,GH Bolgatty.

The room was clean, they had decorated it for us for our honeymoon stay! They also celebrated us with some cakes as well. The view out of the room was beautiful. Relaxing stay!

My husband and I stayed there for 5 days and had a great time. The hotel is really nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the ability to walk around the back of the property that faces the water and really enjoyed our time at the spa. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Everyone working there helped make the stay a very enjoyable one!
