This hotel caters primarily to English and Welsh families on week-long holiday. We were the only Americans in the hotel, and we only stayed 3 nights, so our experience was a little different.
Pluses: the hotel's location is terrific. Ski-in and out, right at the base of a small section of the 3 Vallees. You are right at the base, easy access to either Courchevel or Meribel, without having to drive or ride a bus. It's also not nearly as crowded.
The staff was wonderful, almost all younger English kids there working for the season. They worked very hard to take care of the guests, and they were never sullen, rude, or disrespectful.
The food was actually pretty good, though the dinner was better than the breakfast. There were enough choices, and the quality was decent most of the time. Not five-star for sure, but it wasn't bad.
Minuses: the comfort of the hotel leaves a bit to be desired. There are two twin beds in the room and kind of threadbare carpeting, and they do not provide soap, shampoo, washclothes, or hand towels. It felt very much like a summer camp.
You aren't getting a high-end resort here, but then again you aren't paying for one either.
