Localização distante do centro da cidade. A falta de lazer é um ponto importante. Poucos colaboradores com sobrecarga de horário em um feriado de carnaval. O café da manhã não condiz com a fama de gramado. No primeiro dia de estadia devido a poucos funcionários, o café da manhã foi caótico, faltando quase todos os itens no buffet. E no checkout, foi cobrado 10% (opcional)devido taxas de serviços. Essa taxa opcional cobrada é constrangedora para o hóspede e colaborador ter que informar. Foi solicitado para eu relatar no relatório das despesas o motivo pelo qual eu não queria pagar as taxas. Repetindo...constrangedor. Sinto pelos colaboradores do hotel, que foram atenciosos, porém sem treinamento.

Foi a segunda vez que fiquei no hotel, conforto e limpeza excelente, só não tinha cortinas blackout, acaba que pela manhã entra um pouco de claridade no quarto, só não dou nota máxima por conta que no momento do check out que cobraram uma taxa de serviço do hotel (10% do valor da hospedagem), que não estava especificado no momento da reserva, não gostei disso, da falta de transparência com o cliente.
