Second time that I stayed here, on a hill, Sami cultural items present and aesthetically pleasing, laavu and reindeer outside. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Disgraceful hotel, canceled us, they weren’t busy!

We didn’t even stay, they canceled the booking because not enough rooms were booked and re booked us in a guest house with 8 people sharing a bathroom, absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a hotel group this size, knowing there is no alternative and no where to eat in such a small town.

Potential for a higher standard - not present yet

When you room have dirty towels and the bed not cleaned it's not okay. I was first aware the next day that the bathroom was used due to wet towels. A response to malfunction TV and dirty room and towels was "its booked through expedia" - not other other response received ! Nice food in restaurant, but i guees the hotel is challenged by lack of staff, it's sad because kitchen and hotel overall have potential.

Bone in my food, staff ignored

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while. There was a bone in my food that broke my tooth and the staff simply ignored us once we told them about it even though they promised get back to us. Eventually, we did not even get any true compensation.

Waiting, waiting, waiting and no manager

I arived at 5 pm. and my booked room was not cleaned yet and there were 10 other guests also waiting for the rooms to be ready. So waiting, waiting, waiting .... for 1-2 hours. And the waiting guests got the rooms in random order. So there is no managing of the hotel. The was no menu card in the resturant and other guests waited for a long time for the ordered the food. At breakfast - some of the dishes quickly becare empty. Far the worst hotel I stayed in on my journey - and it wasn't cheap either. In my mind the hotel is similar to Fawlty towers (by john cleese)

Bra rom, god middag og super frokost. Veldig fin og avslappende samisk musikk i restauranten. Moderne tv med mulighet for casting etc. Bra parkering. Litt i dyreste laget, men dette er Finnmark om sommeren, så da må man vel akseptere det. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Zimmer sind wie üblich in Schweden sehr klein, aber wenigstens ganz funktionell eingerichtet. Überrascht hat uns das sehr umfangreiche und gute Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine Espressomaschine steht im Foyer zur kostenlosen Verfügung.

Bra hotell. Middagen trakk vesentlig ned.

Ble godt mottatt i resepsjonen . Rommet var fint og rent . Men middagen var en meget stor skuffelse . Reinsdyrfilet med sopp, små poteter og einebær saus. Fileten var mør, men tilbehøret var for å si det mildt varmet opp i mikro og potetene hadde nok lagt i noen dager . " Sausen" var en smakløs sjy . Og alt ble servert lunkent ! Og dette betalte vi 485 kr for hver . Ikke noe smil eller service på dem som serverte. Frokosten derimot var utrolig bra. Rikt utvalg og meget serviceinnstilte servitører ! Koutokeinon ainoa oikea hotelli. Hyvä majoituspaikka, jossa tehty yleisilmeen kohennus huoneissa joitakin vuosia sitten. Aamiainen myös uusittu, mutta huonompaan suuntaan. Huoneissa hyvä varustelu: jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvia ja teetä, laseja ja mukeja. Säädettävä lämmitys. Henkilökuntaa todella niukasti, mutta se on ystävällistä. Pihalla poroja aitauksessa. Sauna ja ulkoamme. Maailman parhaat näkymät ulos joka huoneesta.
