The rooms are elegant, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly stands out is the incredibly friendly and heartfelt service throughout the entire hotel. The staff was extremely helpful with whatever we needed or wanted. Always a smile, and they always did their best to help. The location of the hotel is perfect for a short stay, with everything you want to experience close by. The parks around the hotel are beautiful! The breakfast is lovely, and you can help yourself with a glass of sparkling wine if you want to. The spa is really nice, and is the perfect place for relaxing. We hope to come back in the future!

We had an absolutely tremendous stay. The property was extremely well-located, right on the edge of Old Town but outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Situated between two beautiful parks, and right on main walking (and bus, too, though we didn't utilize them) routes to the Art Nouveau district, the central market, and of course Old Town. Just about every major attraction we visited was within 15 minutes by foot. And the hotel itself was lovely -- our room (a superior double) was spacious, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the nicest we've encountered, pretty much ever. Not extravagant or showy, but everything you'd want in a beautiful space, with indoor and outdoor seating. Can't recommend this hotel any more strongly.
