We were disappointed on a few aspects on arrival, firstly, we were charged again for the booking, and 10 minutes later this resolved, but not want you want at 2.30pm after you have been up since 4am.
we hoped that there was some lunch available, given our planned arrival time and we were on an all inclusive package. We advised to make use of bar snacks and lunch time had finished. The snack was a pre made half triangle sandwich of cheese slice and salami. just not acceptable. The reception staff advised me of somewhere outside of the hotel to go eat, but made no attempt to speak to the kitchen.
2 bedrooms with sea view were book. one was fine, one had a huge tree in front of it. not a sea view.
The gym is hidden being a door with no reference to it being a gym, and the indoor spa area is sparse. a pool, usually cold, a sauna and jacuzzi that is always on, but has no bubble power what so ever.
Food was ok, nothing special, nothing too bad, ok.
What I struggled with was they behaved like it was Hight of the season, wanting 1euro deposits for plastic cups for drinks, 10euro deposit for beach towels, used in the spa area. there was at best 50 people in the hotel. common sense would of been to relax these rules.
It might be a better place in peak season, (we went 1st week April) when everything is open, but in close season, wouldn't go back for the money it cost

Hotel muito simpático com uma localização fantástica mesmo em cima da praia.
As refeições são boas, destaco o pequeno almoço com boa variedade e muito saborosa.

Yo Page todo incluido y la comida del domingo no había no me la dieron por que el hotel lo cerraron a las 12, me lo notificaron cuando Page la reserva, yo creo que es injusto, solo me descontarán 4 €

Na Forana overall was a great Hotel , always spotless and most of the staff was helpful, special thanks to Arturo from reception.
The beach was stunning but not that big considering the hotels around .
We’ve been 3rd week of September and the beach was packed , can’t imagine in July or August.
The food was mainly good but lack of options.
Negative points : you have to pay for the safe,
Indoor heated pool , was not heated at all.
Jacuzzi even colder than the indoor swimming pool…. Jacuzzi suppose to be hot …
Very annoying way for you to get your all inclusive drinks during the day , you have to pay 1 euro deposit to get the drinks.

Ein Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Strand, echt toll. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider vergaß die Putzfrau immer, die Balkontür zu schließen. Bei einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht die beste Idee. Das Essen war lecker, ausreichend. Für meinen Geschmack hätte es mehr vegetarische Gerichte geben können. Es ist nicht so, dass ich verhungert bin, das bestimmt nicht, aber es fiel besonders auf, als es den einen Abend mallorquinische Gerichte gab. Da hatte ich plötzlich die Auswahl an sehr vielen speziellen Gemüsegerichten. Das hätte es gern öfter geben können. Wir sind doch auf Mallorca, da brauche ich kein angepasstes Essen, da möchte ich ja sehen, was hier so gegessen wird. Ich brauche auch keine angepasste Musik. Der spanische Abend war der schönste, da fühlte man sich wie im Urlaub. Auch der Abend mit Live Musik überraschte, das war echt gut. Leider war die Zusammenstellung der Stücke nicht so optimal, erst bei der letzten Zugabe wurde das Publikum mitgerissen. Ansonsten war der DJ schlecht, Stücke wurden angespielt, abgebrochen, das in einer Tour. Immer dieselben. Fürchterlich. Auch könnte man den Ort des Geschehens hübscher gestalten. So wirkte es lieblos zusammengestellt, billig. Die Cocktails sind ne Katastrophe, fertige Plörre, eigentlich war das Bier am besten oder die Longdrinks. Wenn schon nicht mehr in den Lokalitäten geraucht werden darf, dann sollte auch darauf geachtet werden, dass das geschieht u die Raucher nicht unter dem "Rauchen verboten" Schild rauchen.......

Lugar privilegiado. Servicio todo incluido bien por el precio. Hay q buscar fechas fuera de masificación… así estupendo. Personal muy agradable y atento, hablan castellano!!!! Y algunos catalán… es de agradecer. En conjunto un notable alto. Bien situado para escapadas por la isla. Repetiremos

Para ser un 4 estrellas es decepcionante
La habitación bien pero en el sofá encontramos una cucaracha, decepcionante. La recepción mucha descoordinación y habia un recepcionista más mayor muy mal educado y con mal humor. La comida poca variedad para ser un 4 estrellas pero lo que habia estaba bueno. El snacks una porqueria, sandwiches frios y resecos y pastas, y cuando se acaba no hay más, o sea que a las 11 ya no hay nada. Las piscinas muy bien, la playa al lado, con excelentes vistas y lo mejor el animador. El hotel yo lo catalogaria como un 3 estrellas, lo salva el animador.

Hotel en un lugar privilegiado en Mallorca
Hotel en un lugar increíble en la misma playa, a menos de un minuto del núcleo de Cala Rajada lo que te permite disfrutar del encanto de la playa sin agobios y poder dar una vuelta por su paseo marítimo y zona de tiendas.El hotel tiene acceso directo a la playa dando la sensación que es privada, ya que tanto el bar y el restaurante tiene vistas increíbles ya que estas en la misma playa. La comida muy buena no hay gran variedad pero suficiente. El personal del hotel desde la recepción, las camareras de piso como los camareros muy atentos y correctos. Destaca la jefa de recepción y el animador siempre pendientes porque estes disfrutando del hotel y la estancia sea perfecta. El hotel dispone de piscina interior y exterior como un jacuzzi y sauna.

El aire acondicionado no funciona.
20£ por subir desayuno a la habitación diez por cada desayuno aunque fue un solo servicio e incompleto. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable, pero lo demás no valió la pena, no creo que regrese al hotel.

Hotel con ubicación privilegiado,la única pega en la habitación la bañera un poco alta e incómoda igual que los colchones que necesitan ya un cambio.La comida buena aunque no mucha variedad.La playa justo delante de la zona de piscinas,lugar muy agradable a poca distancia del puerto de Cala Ratjada.El trato del personal excelente,un 10 para ellos!

Il personale molto disponibile e simpatico hanno reso il nostro soggiorno una vera vacanza, la camera pulita con un’ottima vista, soddisfacente l’area spa, colazione con tanta varietà di scelta molto buona, solo il cibo del pranzo e cena peccava un po’, ma nel complesso sono soddisfatto del mio soggiorno
