Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor.
