I had a positive experience with the hotel! Everything went very smoothly. But to be as informative as possible, I've included the small cons that I noticed during my stay.
Some things to be aware of: check in time is officially 4-6 pm. A lot of the rooms require climbing up 1 or 2 flights of stairs, and are not elevator accessible.
Pros: Cheap, very clean with modern-looking furniture, has free drinking water, AC, many layers of security, very responsive host, comfortable lounges to sit in, HDMI cables on TVs that you can hook up to your computer, good wifi
Cons: Located kind of far from city center. The first floor of the building is dirty and at first we weren't sure that the hotel was there. There was a slight smell in the room, maybe because ventilation wasn't very good and our window opened to an alleyway. My phone died when we were trying to get back in, so we almost couldn't get past the door that needed a passcode. I suggest they put the passcode on the keys, so everything is in one place.
Also, I wasn't sure why men and women were supposed to wear different colored slippers? It seemed unnecessary.
