Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Excellent location near a shopping center that has a Swensens ice cream parlour, a 24-hr grocery store, a massage place, several thai restaurants. Also, a starbucks is within walking distance. Per the USD65/night, i dont know whether is acceptable. As this is our 1st trip after COVID. But the cleanness of room can be improved, the height of pool depth is only 1M, so child is fun except adult. The breakfast is fine, not too much expectation. Bed and pillow is OK, no dirt can find; Staff is kind, helpful! Closely (3mins walk) with supermarket, bank and fast food with restaurant. Location is between airport and Siam center, the travel time is same

Overall, I had a nice stay in this property. I chose it as I had a flight in the morning the day after. The hotel is fairly well located between central Bangkok and the airport, so it is convenient in terms of distance. The room was spacious and had all the items you need. However, the amenities were very dusty in some areas and could benefit for thorough cleaning. Also, I went to the swimming pool at 7am and found a lot of dirt in the pool. It's still good to use, but I can sense that it's being neglected from the staff. In addition, they had a bulk booking for a tour group from Korea, who happened to be extremely loud at 2am. I called the reception to have a word with their guests to be more considerate towards other guests at night. Unfortunately, the staff has not done their due diligence to reduce this pain point. I ended up talking with the guests myself as they were still loud at 3am. I hope the management team will take this into consideration to improve their services.
