This is a great place to stay, I've been here twice and will continue to do so every time I stay in Quito. The staff are great and even offered to drive me in to nearby stores to purchase items I needed, they could not have been better. You get great value and professional service with this hotel and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Lovely, modern hotel near the airport. Great food selection and the rooms are lovely. I had the 2 room - 1 1/2 bath - the closet and bathroom are very large. I really enjoyed my stay. The only not quite perfect is the hot tub and steam room aren’t very hot.

Yay upgrade

We were so excited to get upgraded to a business suite during our one night stay before a flight. We ate at the restaurant twice for dinner and breakfast and both times were enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. Service was good. English was spoken by some. Potable water was available in several locations although none on the floors with the rooms which would’ve been nice.
