This hostel is a wee bit unique in its setting - it’s half a floor of what one might consider an apartment block. Having said that it was clean and well located. Instructions on how to get in were clear and worked fine. Reception hours are restricted to the mornings so only saw staff once, briefly, during our two night stay.

Awful sewage smell, thin walls, but good service.

The room we were put in should not be rented out to people while it is in its current condition: which is a bathroom that smells like raw sewage. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear pretty much every guest in the hostal. Otherwise, the bedroom is spacious, with lots of nice sunlight, and an acceptably comfortable bed. The smell though… was strong enough to leak out into the bedroom after opening the door a few times to use the sink. We wouldn’t shower or use the bathroom because of the odor. But because they don’t staff the hostal in the evening - we were stuck with the room until morning. Luckily, their sister property had an available room and the reception desk staff was professional and helpful in getting us a different room there. This is an issue with the owner and how they maintain the property, and the ethics of renting a room with such severe plumbing/hygiene problems. The staff was great.

チェックイン時間を48時間前までに伝えないと、エントランスに入るパスワードを教えてもらえず大変不便でした。ほかのホテルでこんな対応はしたことがありません。 おかげでエントランス前で待ちぼうけになり、偶然ほかのお客さんが入室するタイミングに合わせて入れましたが、それがなかったらずっと中に入れませんでした。恐ろしいです。 施設は清潔なほうでしたが、シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなり水になりました。冬なので辛かったです。

PERFECTO, VOLVEREMOS!!!

Perfecta ubicación, todo queda muy cerca, pleno centro de Barcelona. Metro, ferrocarril y trenes de renfe (estación paseo de gracia) a 5 minutos. Mucha limpieza y una terraza que se agradece mucho. Por motivos de transporte, llegué más de 1 hora tarde de lo acordado. Al ser usuario de silla de ruedas, me esperaron, me atendieron con amabilidad, asegurándose que todo estaba como esperaba o necesitaba. Calidad/precio, supera las expectativas, aunque un poco de matenimiento, una renovación de los muebles y cuatro tonterías de decoración harían más agradable el lugar. La recepción solo está abierta por la mañana, aunque puedes entrar y salir 24h y si no realizas el checkin en ese horario, se organizan para puedas llegar a cualquier hora. Solo tiene 7 habitaciones, la que me asignaron a mi (con terraza) da al interior del edificio, y es muy tranquila y nada ruidosa estando en pleno centro. MUY RECOMENDABLE!!!

カタロニア広場から近く、バルセロナで行動するにはとてもいい立地でした。深夜の到着になりレセプションには誰もいなくなるため不安でしたが、事前にメールでチェックインした際に送られてきたパスコードで建物とホテルに入ることができました。 予約時にバルコニーのあるダブルルームを予約していたのですが、部屋に入るとバルコニーのない部屋でした。翌日れセムションのスタッフの方に部屋の変更をお願いして翌日からバルコニーのある部屋に映ることができました。初日からバルコニーのある部屋に宿泊できていていたら星５つのホスタルだと思います。

Llegas caminando a la plaza Catalunya . te llega un mail días previos con las instrucciones del check in para evitar problemas porque la recepción no está disponible luego de las 8pm . L’accueil très bien , en revanche notre salle de bain. Les odeurs des égouts qui remontent insupportable, ça a été signalé par nous. Mais le retour c’est que le bâtiment est anciens et quand il pleut les odeurs remontent . Nous on attendait au moins pour le prix qu’on a payé un changement de chambre. Mais aucun geste .

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar muy bien a todos los sitios de interés. Tiene una parada de autobús enfrente y el metro muy cerca. Tuvimos un problema en la habitación y nos lo solucionaron enseguida. Hay algo de ruido de tráfico de la calle porque es un piso bajo. Falta algo de mantenimiento en la habitación. Con poco podría estar mucho mejor.
