We loved our stay at Palm Camayenne. The room was clean with a minor stain on carpet, but overall it was nice. It was cleaned everyday and house keeping was always so kind. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was kind and always helpful. We loved that we were able to move around a lot on foot, but happy that transportation was always nearby. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Palm Camayenne and we'll be back again soon. .

Service terrible. You must wait at least one hour to drink a beer. Slow service is unacceptable in an hotel which costs more than an hotel in Paris. Rooms are clean. People are friendly. Taste of foods in restaurant is average. Poor breakfast. It is better not to take breakfast in hotel.

There are fewer restaurants opersting than the hotels.com website states so this is disappointing. Service could be improved - eg I was told on my final day my airport shuttle wasnt available at the time it was booked for.
